TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE ("SALE AGREEMENT")
The customer agrees to be bound by this sale agreement and accepts its terms and conditions (unless the customer has signed a separate formal purchase agreement with https://drugtestingforless.com or any of its affiliates in which case the separate agreement shall govern).
Important Information About This Legal Contract
This Sale Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and https://drugtestingforless.com and any of its affiliates. The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the site. (References to "you" or "your" shall relate to the Customer; references to " https://drugtestingforless.com " and its affiliates.) The terms and conditions of this Sale Agreement are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms and conditions posted on the Site at the time the Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question.
This Sale Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and " https://drugtestingforless.com " relating to the purchase or sale of products and services on the Site. The Sale Agreement may only be modified or terminated with regard to products or services that have been purchased or sold on the Site, in writing signed by " https://drugtestingforless.com". The Customer consents to receiving our products or services that that include all drug and alcohol products and related services, including pre-employment screening products and services for the workplace. Our drug testing products are designed to give preliminary, qualitative results only for a more specific and accurate result we recommend a GC/MS Confirmation through a SAMHSA Certified Laboratory.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement and any sales here under shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. The customer consents to the jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in USA County, Forsyth for purposes of any suit, action or proceeding arising out of this sale agreement.
RISK OF LOSS
Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by "https://drugtestingforless.com" is "https://drugtestingforless.com" responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility.
SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Drug Testing For Less (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions, Our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of Our Program (the “Agreement”). By opting in to or participating in Our Program, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your agreement to resolve any disputes with Us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the “Dispute Resolution” section below. This Agreement is limited to the Program and is not intended to modify other agreements that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts.
Program Description: Without limiting the scope of the program, users that opt in to the program can expect to receive messages from us and others texting on our behalf concerning the marketing and sale of our goods, services, and events. Messages may include checkout reminders.
User Opt In: The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through checking the box to sign up online or application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer, the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all of our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system as defined by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Message Cost and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for each message sent or received in connection with Our Program. It is best to contact your wireless provider if you have questions regarding your data or text plan. Message frequency varies. The Program involves recurring mobile messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with us.
Support Instructions: For support regarding the Program, text “HELP” to the number you received messages from or email Us at customerservice@drugtestingforless.com. Please note that requests to this email address is not an acceptable method of opting out of the program. Opt outs must be submitted in accordance with the procedures set forth above.
